Why donate?
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities have the knowledge, strength, and determination to improve their own health — but community-controlled research requires sustained investment. Government funding alone cannot meet the demand for high-quality, culturally grounded research led by First Nations organisations.
Philanthropic support through the Mobi Health Portal directly funds:
- Seeding grants for ACCHOs to develop community-led research projects
- Scholarships for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health researchers at undergraduate, honours, masters, and doctoral levels
- The Learning Hub platform and library resources, freely available to communities
- Policy advocacy on climate and health, cultural determinants, and Indigenous Data Sovereignty
- The International Indigenous Health Conference, bringing together First Nations researchers from around the world
