We are excited to announce that six students have been awarded a 2024 Mobi Health Portal Scholarship, contributing to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leadership of health research by providing opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to develop their skills.
A Mobi Health Portal Certificate IV and Graduate Certificate Scholarship (valued up to $15,000) has been awarded to Ms Adrienne Lipscomb (VIC), who is undertaking Graduate Certificate in Indigenous Trauma and Recovery Practice, University of Wollongong.
The following five students will receive a Mobi Health Portal Higher Degree Research Top-Up Scholarship (valued up to $10,000 per annum for a maximum duration of three years):
- Ms Elizabeth Bourke (NSW), Flinders University, College of Medicine and Public Health
- Mr Justin Wilkey (VIC), University of Melbourne, Faculty of Education
- Miss Khwanruethai Ngampromwongse (QLD), The University of Queensland, Faculty of Medicine
- Mrs Michelle Gissara (VIC), RMIT University, School of Global, Urban and Social Studies
- Ms Karina Maxwell (QLD), The University of Queensland, School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work
